What do companies want? What do they need? How do they it? If you are a business, and you ask yourself these questions, you should think about finding a new career, and if I do not think that social media is the answer to any of these questions, you should get some tests done!
We all know that business is buying and selling of products or services. But more recently, I found that most businesses dont want just a great return on investment or just a significant increase in sales, they want to connect with customers in a more personal way and to participate in activities and interact with the day to day to get instant information about their own ideas or new product lines. You and your company should try to create a friendship and trust with consumers, because let’s face it, consumers control whether or not you even see a return from sales. Then why do you want to hear what they have to say?
So you can take advantage of social media, the way of the future as far as advertising goes, you should have a good social media strategy in place and must also have knowledge on how to monitor communications of your business. I recently discovered that the primary objective should be to share, assist, create and solve all the problems and successes of your company and answer these questions quickly. The most important thing to remember is to add value to your company and your products. Do not provide unnecessary information that your customers can not use. Rather, let them know about problems in your company with certain products and how they feel you need to solve them. Your customers will soon realise the mistakes and things that are wrong and will be quick to let you know how they feel.
